The clubhouse pool area exhaust fan is not working. This has created condensation in the clubhouse and increased the humidity. A replacement exhaust fan is needed and has been scheduled for replacement when available. Please be cautious when using the clubhouse as the floors may be slightly damp.

UPDate: due to the rain these past couple days the algae has dropped and is not at the surface where it can be treated. We will touch base with Robb next week
FYI: Stonegate Lake is scheduled to get some algae treatments on the morning of Wednesday, May 21st. Robb from Aquatic Biologists, Inc. will be on the lake throughout the morning applying the treatment.
MOWING SEASON must knows:
1) Bagging grass clippings on the lake side of the lot from the back line of home to the beach is REQUIRED. (see image)
2)Lawn debris/grass clippings should be discarded at the Town of Germantown Brush Dump. Here is the link to obtain a permit: https://townofgermantown.com/permits-fees/#permits
3) Dumping of grass clippings or any debris on HOA property including ditches/berms is illegal. Anyone caught will be fined and/or reported to law enforcement.

AMS security will be installing the new security camera system at Waterstone Clubhouse on Tuesday April 8th and Wednesday April 9th. They will be working throughout the building both days. Some areas of the building may be closed during the installation. Please kindly respect their workspace and try to avoid those areas.

New Treadmill has been installed.

Clubhouse Treadmills: The oldest treadmill, which is currently not operational, will be replaced on Tuesday with a new treadmill. The clubhouse will then have 2 new treadmills.
The other old treadmill is still functional but has some of its own issues that are not worth the money to repair. The current plan is to keep it and limit it to walking only, until it is no longer functioning, at which time plans will be made for it to be removed. There is currently no plans to add a 3rd new treadmill.

The kiddie pool is currently closed due to an issue with the chemical controller.
Update: Kiddie pool is open.

A new TREADMILL has been added to the fitness room of the clubhouse.
One of the older treadmills is currently not available as the power plug needs to be replaced. A technician should be back out soon to replace the plug. This machine is old and near the end of its life and we hope to be able to replace it soon.

HOA Dues letters are getting printed this week with the plan to have them ready for mailing on Monday, Dec. 16.

HVAC technician was at the clubhouse yesterday evening. A fan belt was replaced and all appears to be working at this time. We have some peeling of paint at the wall near the return vent, which will need to be repaired at a later date.

The pool area of the clubhouse is having a heating issue. We are working on getting it resolved. At the moment the exhaust fan has been turned off, which is resulting in an increase in humidity. At this time, the pool is still open.
