Help us maintain the rules of the clubhouse. If you notice anyone violating rules, let us know by reporting the time and place of the incident to: islandlakemurray@gmail.com
Any behaviors that violates the rules or safety of individuals will result in suspension of clubhouse privileges for a determined period of time. Homeowners who have had their card suspended, will be notified via email and must not be on clubhouse property during time of suspension.
OWNERS MUST BE PRESENT with all guests: Owner is defined as those listed on the deed to the property and must accompany all family and guests. Family members/adult children, NOT listed on the deed are NOT considered owners and MUST be accompanied by the OWNER.
This rule is for safety, security, and insurance reasons and any violation will result in immediate suspension of clubhouse privileges.

Key Cards
Original owners are provided 1 keycard for access to the clubhouse. Replacement/additional cards cost $100.
Key Cards must not be borrowed to neighbors/friends.
For Security purposes: ALL owners are required to scan their card upon entry.

Due to Owners not cleaning up their food, leaving large amounts of trash, and food attracting ants/bugs, there is a strict policy of NO FOOD on clubhouse premises.
Any Owner(s) found with food in the clubhouses will lose clubhouse privileges and may be assessed a fine.
